I like lunches and the love for lunches stems from the fact that I know that I still have a long day ahead of me where I can burn off the calories I packed on from lunch. In other words, I am a lot more experimental for a lunch. I eat with a lot more freedom. Im not into the no carbs story, my family and their ancestors have been eating carbs for many centuries and they all did ok. I believe its timing. I would cut out carbs after sunset. So you want pasta I would have it for lunch, you want potatoes I would add them to my lunch. The next few pages include some of my favorite things to eat and make for lunchtime.
